G E M I N A

An ancient race that is born from gemstones. They always hold some qualities of their core gemstones in their personalities and appearances (some of them have horns or tail). Many scholars believe that the mystical Gemina officially comes into being when the crystallized gemstone happens to form ‘a heart’. After that, the heart becomes a core and develops an active baby body. A child Gemina is wingless, but after going through chrysalis state and reaches its adulthood the wings then sprout.

For the Gemina was born of the world pure energy, they can hear the voices of stars and able to predict future to a certain degree. They can communicate with each other by telepathy and wield various magical abilities. Naturally, they are having high physical defense and long lifespan, but those qualities differ from one core gemstone to another.

One thing people know of Gemina is that their hearts are irresistibly beautiful gems, that fact alone brings forth many sorrowful events for other races seek out for their hearts. Losing their hearts do not just harm them, it will kill them.

Countless Geminas were slain by greed, however grieving tears or anger-boiled blood could never bring back the lost one. Therefore, the later generations strictly remind themselves: never get too close to the other races and always keep their hearts safe to themselves.
